Second Friday art walk coincides with lovers’ holiday
Alameda’s art scene bursts with new life each month during the Second Friday Art Walk when a series of island galleries open their doors to the public to display their latest shows. Studio 23 is one such gallery, tucked behind the old Alameda Lock & Glass at 2309B Encinal Ave.
Studio 23 will host a special event Friday, Feb. 14, when they invite artists and the general public to come by at 7 p.m. to hang out, sketch, mingle and enjoy light snacks and wine.
