A man was pronounced deceased after he suffered a cardiac arrest while being rescued from the San Francisco Bay near Harbor Bay on Sunday, Aug. 6. The deceased man was one of four men that were on a small vessel Sunday afternoon in the water near the Harbor Bay Ferry Terminal.
