Shortly before the birth of their first child last September, Tony and Pamela Brasunas traveled to Costa Rica and stumbled upon this little public beach in the southwestern part of the country. “Monkeys swung from the branches of the trees all around us,” wrote Tony. “We tried to get them in the picture with the Alameda Sun, but they had too many other things on their minds.”
