Sun Shines Everywhere 847

The Sun shines everywhere, especially when communities gather together for a good purpose. On March 29, committee members from more than 20 Relays For Life in the Greater Bay Area took a break from their training in Pleasant Hill to pose with Alameda’s Danielle Pence, Anne Marie Fourré and Lisa Leverton (front left, around the Sun) in support of the area’s oldest Relay For Life. 2014 marks the 20th year that Alameda has sponsored the 24-hour community campout to benefit the American Cancer Society. Cancer survivors and caregivers, teams and individuals, sponsors and volunteers are all welcome
