Sun Shines Everywhere 8101

Four Alameda families (Aubrejuan, Keating, Palmer and Wise) spent a week together on the Galapagos Islands this summer. The families snorkeled with sea lions, turtles and iguanas, saw many birds (including blue-footed boobies) and encountered countless giant tortoises. Above, 10 of the kids read their Alameda Sun while surrounded by black iguanas on the beach. Back row, left to right: Dylan Aubrejuan, Maisie Keating, Grace Wise, Walker Keating, Elizabeth Keating, Max Palmer; front row: Sam Palmer (holding the Sun), Annie Wise, Ellie Palmer and Julia Wise.
