Sun Shines Everywhere 7088

Alameda resident Jeanie Egbert and four friends enjoyed the art, music and people of Cuba in March. They visited Cienfuegos, on the southern coast, the museum at the Bay of Pigs and stayed at the posh Hotel Nacional de Cuba in Havana just up the road from the new American Embassy. They enjoyed beautiful weather while discovering the museums and street markets and, of course, riding in classic American cars. Also along for the ride was the Alameda Sun, seen here with Egbert in front of the Hotel Nacional de Cuba.
