While on a trip through Northern India and Kathmandu Valley in Nepal, Diane Foster found that the fog and cold are frequent visitors this time of year. Foster went because of her interest in investigating other cultures and learning from them. She reports, “The Taj Mahal in Agra is exquisite. In spite of poverty, they are a happy and welcoming people.”
