Sun Shines Everywhere 2331

On Sept. 29 of last year, on the summit of Cho-Oyu in Tibet, the sixth highest mountain in the world at 26,901 feet, Trudi Seiwald could be seen reading her local newspaper, the Alameda Sun. With temperatures that morning of -25 degrees fahrenheit, Seiwald celebrated a very difficult but happy accomplishment with the Sun. In extreme conditions like these, a digital reproduction of the paper is acceptable.

"The Sun Shines Everywhere" attempts to show the Alameda Sun in every state of the Union and every country in the world. Submit a small descriptive paragraph along with your photo to the Alameda Sun, 3215-J Encinal Ave., Alameda, CA 94501. Submissions may also be e-mailed to editor@alamedasun.com. The Sun Shines Everywhere is published on a completely random basis.
