Alameda native John Paul Larson joined various family members in a mid-summer visit to Puerto Vallarta. Walking the Isla del Rio Cuale, he and his grandmother Tita Mahoney (a long-time resident of Palmera Court) were pleased to come upon a Mexican Calaca even taller than John Paul. Tita took advantage of the opportunity to capture JP shedding a little Alameda Sunshine on the Mexican landscape.
