In the continuing series of “Sun Shines” that look like they might have been taken in Alameda, here we have Mike Moresi on a warm sunny beach at Hilton Head Island, S.C., last October. Mike’s wife, Nicole Freese, took him and the Alameda Sun on this trip for his 50th birthday. “We enjoyed beaches, biking (the whole area is flat) and playing tennis on the Carolina grey clay courts,” wrote Mike. “We also visited Savannah, Ga.”
