My father, Bill Tiffany, loved music and playing in his band. He loved both science and science fiction; he loved movies, football, tools and great food. He taught me the importance of treating people with respect, keeping an open mind, and talking about any subject. He had a sense of humor, was a private man, and was human and therefore not perfect. He loved and is loved.
Born in Pennsylvania and raised in North Carolina, Bill spent most of his adult life in California, and proudly worked at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory.
We are sad that he is no longer with us. I love you, Dad. You live on in our hearts. Star, Kevin, Frederic, Anders, Sue (mother, deceased), William (father, deceased), Lindsay, Mark, Winc, Lora, Ellie, Tiffany, Kelly, Collin, Wayne, Brad, Dan, Sara and many more friends, family and colleagues.
A memorial will be held on Saturday, Aug. 18, at 10 a.m. at Phoenix Alameda, 2315 Lincoln Ave. For more information call Harry W. Greer, Funeral Director (FDR-745).
