Born in Norfolk, Va. to the late Jasper and Florence Brown, Lula was the beloved wife of Michael Patterson, mother of Linda (Vince) Alves, Reynoldo (Irene) Reboton, Florentin (Mila) Reboton, Roderick (Debbie) Reboton, Augustine (Patti) Carraway, Bernard (Barbara) Nestal Florence Eash, Sylvia (Roland) Beles, grandmother to 22 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren and eight great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her late husband, Florentin Reboton, son Frankie Ramirez and daughter Juliette Reboton. Reboten moved to San Francisco in 1945.

She then moved to Oakland in 1955 to the home where she raised her family and resided until her passing. She was the heart and soul of her family, a caring humanitarian, who loved to cook and share a story or two with good company. She will be deeply missed by all who knew, loved and cherished her. Funeral services were held at Greer Family Mortuary and Cremation Services followed by burial at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
