David Krikourian enjoyed a full life and 80 years of excellent health. He passed away of a heart attack on Nov. 9, 2015, only one month after being diagnosed with congestive heart failure.
He was a truly selfless man whose aim in life was to help his family. Having been on the organ donor registry, his generosity did not stop with his death.
The retired Alameda insurance agent spent the last 11 years in Bellingham, Wash. While living in Alameda, he was active with Alameda Meals on Wheels, Alameda Chamber of Commerce and the Kiwanis Club of Alameda.
David is survived by his wife Doris, son Robert and daughter-in-law Debra, granddaughters Krista and Rachel, his brother Kirk and family as well as numerous cousins.
He was much loved and respected and will be sorely missed by family and friends. 
Following cremation, a family memorial service will be held in Southern California.
