Webster Tube Closed for Maintenance and Graffiti Removal

 

The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) announced today that it will close the Webster Tube on March 14, 2016 for maintenance and graffiti removal.

The Webster Tube, coming into Alameda, will be closed as follows:

  • Monday, March 14, from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning,
  • Tuesday, March 15, from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning,
  • Wednesday, March 16, from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning,

Caltrans will be performing maintenance and removing all graffiti from the entrance of the tube.  Cintas Fire Protection will be servicing all emergency call box stations and emergency fire extinguishers.  All public Information signs have been posted to reflect the above dates.
