Take Survey Online for City’s Strategic Plan

The City of Alameda asks that local residents and business owners take an online survey about the future of economic development in the city. The survey is an essential step in the process of developing an Economic Development Strategic Plan (EDSP).

The EDSP will serve as a long-term roadmap to business attraction, retention and workforce development activities, while also improving the quality of life for Alameda residents and the people who work here.

The public can access the survey at www.surveymonkey.com/r/AlamedaEDSP.

The city has held two community workshops and is now asking for additional input from community members and businesses. The online survey focuses on proposed economic development strategies. It begins with information about the EDSP, followed by specific background content and questions related to proposed broad strategies.

Completed surveys will be accepted until Friday, March 10.
