The American Association of University Women (AAUW) has joined with Girls Inc. to sponsor a panel of women working in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM). The event, which runs from 3:30 to 6 p.m. on Wednesday, March 21, is a networking opportunity for high school students and anyone interested in a STEM career.

Speakers include Ana Ulloa from the East Bay Municipal Utilities District addressing the topic of civil engineering; Erin Creel from Lawrence Berkeley Labs informing the audience about EBMUD; and Liz Merritt from Los Alamos Labs speaking about mathematics and physics.

There will be time for interaction with the panel; refreshments will be provided.
