Signed FAAS Calendars Available to Benefit Pets

Friends of the Alameda Animal Shelter

Alameda firefighters, all featured in the 2019 Friends of the Alameda Animal Shelter (FAAS) calendar, signed their individual pages at the FAAS Pup-Up store at South Shore Center.

Left to right: Firefighter Patrick Corder, Captain Brandon Baleym, Fire Inspector Steve Floyd and firefighter David Wills. Standing with Makalya in his arms is FAAS Executive Director John Lipp.
Each month of the calendar features a different first responder from the Alameda fire and police departments; each responder is photographed with animals rescued by FAAS.

The calendar is produced and photographed by Hilarious Hound founder Michelle Russ who donates her time and talent to the project each year.

The calendars sell for $15 each; every penny of the proceeds supports FAAS’ mission to save homeless animals. Pick up a calendar at any veterinarian office in Alameda, at Citizen Canine in Oakland, or at FAAS, 1590 Fortmann Way. Order a calendar online at www.AlamedaAnimalShelter.org.
