The Island came together in a show of support to those values that best represent the Alameda community. 

Starting at 6:30 a.m. Valentine's morning, Alameda Progressives, Solidarity Sundays, Everybody Belongs and the Impeach Trump campaign were all represented in a colorful display of solidarity on this special day symbolizing love.

They were greeted with a wall of non-stop honks and waves of support from Alamedans headed to work through the Posey Tube.
