The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) announced that it will close the Posey and Webster Tubes for late-night biennial tunnel inspections as follows.

Posey Tube closures:

• Monday, Aug. 20, from 9:30 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. the following morning
• Tuesday, Aug. 21, from 9:30 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. the following morning 
• Wednesday, Aug. 22, from 9:30 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. the following morning

Webster Tube closures:

• Monday, Aug. 27, from 9:30 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. the following morning
• Tuesday, Aug. 28, from 9:30 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. the following morning
• Wednesday, Aug. 29, from 9:30 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. the following morning
