Pet Disaster Prep Event Slated

 

The public is invited to learn how to create a family emergency plan that includes meeting the needs of family pets at a free upcoming disaster preparedness workshop. “People and their Pets: Disaster Preparedness and Response” will take place Saturday, April 2, from 10 a.m. to noon, in the City of Alameda Council Chambers on the third floor of City Hall, 2263 Santa Clara Ave. No reservations are necessary.
