Chef John Thiel of Pappo invites the community to share in his restaurant’s eighth annual soup kitchen. “Giving back to our community and especially to those in need has been an important commitment for us since day one,” said Theil. 

Pappo will be accepting donations of clothing, especially socks and jackets, and toiletries, including toothbrushes and soap next Wednesday, Dec. 23, after 3 p.m. and on Dec. 24 from 9 to 11 a.m. If you have any questions or would like to volunteer at the soup kitchen call Pappo at 337-9100.
