The City of Alameda is seeking public feedback on its 2022 draft Housing Element. The city released its 2022 draft Housing Element Monday, April 4, on a new comprehensive city website.
The Alameda County Board of Supervisors voted to rename Highland Hospital in Oakland the Wilma Chan Highland Hospital Campus in honor of their late colleague Wilma Chan at its March 29 meeting.
On March 30th, Encinal High School (EHS) hosted the 2022 All-City Concert for all Alameda Unified School District (AUSD) secondary schools. The concert featured students from music programs across the Island City, including EHS, Alameda High School, and Lincoln Middle School.
The Alameda Housing Authority (AHA) recently completed a purchase of the property at 2615 Eagle Avenue from the Alameda Unified School District (AUSD).
