A new play structure has been installed at Lincoln Park. Last winter, a large oak tree fell during a storm, significantly damaging the playground. The new playground is now open with a grand opening ceremony scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 17, at 3:30 p.m.

A large oak tree fell during a storm on Dec. 13, 2021. The tree significantly damaged the playground and pickleball court fence. No one was present or injured during the incident. The playground was closed for a period of time. The pickleball court fence was replaced, as well as the surrounding fence.
