The Alameda Police Department announced the man who was reported missing last week was found dead.

Angel Ambriz was reported missing by his family ("https://alamedasun.com/news/alameda-police-seeking-whereabouts-missing-r... March 27), on Thursday, March 23. On Wednesday, March 29, Ambriz was located deceased in the water near the Marina Village Yacht Harbor.

Ambriz was 56 years old. Additional follow-up will be conducted by the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office Coroner’s Bureau and Alameda Police Department detectives.
