Mastick Senior Center abounds with art opportunities for the 50-plus community. The center provides a venue for adults to further develop their creative skills with classes that include stained glass, creative writing, drawing, painting, ceramics, quilting, beaded jewelry design and graphic arts. Mastick’s artists are currently displaying their works in the center’s lobby in a multimedia art exhibition that runs through Nov. 30.

Mastick Senior Center is celebrating 36 years of providing a well-rounded education, social and recreation program for adults 50 years of age and older. Membership at Mastick is free. Students pay for class supplies and reasonable fees for instruction. To learn more about the exhibition and the classes at Mastick, call 747-7500.
