A Love Letter to Justin Robert Tilson
The Alameda Sun received a request recently to provide space for a very special message. The message is addressed to a particularly dedicated Sun reader and Sudoku solver, Justin Tilson.
My Dearest Justin:
You have blessed our lives in so many ways over these past seven years together.
Your unconditional love, support, humor and commitment to Natalia and me make loving you so effortless, and an honor. Through all of life’s valleys and peaks, your dedication to us has proven to be honest and true.
It is my greatest hope that you will always know how very much you mean to our family. I have never loved a man the way that I love you — wholly, honestly, truly, madly, deeply.
You are the epitome of an honest, good man. You are the best man I’ve ever known. Your pure heart, integrity, intellect and million-dollar smile are only a few things that I admire and love about you.
With you by my side, I have become a better partner, mother, daughter and friend. Your love helps me strive to be the best person that I can be and to do the best that I can every day. You have taught me so much about myself and I learn something new from you each day we spend together.
You have touched my heart and my soul so very deeply and I cannot imagine my life without you in it.
You, Justin, are my soulmate and my best friend. And I want everyone to know that I love and appreciate you and all that you are.
Please make me the happiest girl in the world.
Justin, will you marry me?
