Junior Golf Season Ends

Alameda Junior Golf season drew to a close last Wednesday, Aug. 11. The golfers, ages 7 to 13, played their last rounds for the 2021 season at the Mif Albright Par-3 Golf Course in Corica Park. The players then received bronze medals and posed for this picture. The older children, ages 14 to 18, played on the park’s South Course in the park.

The Junior Gold board of directors thanks all the volunteers who made this season possible. They walked the course with the players and ran the golf clinic. The board modified the way the children played golf because of COVID restrictions.
