Mourners gathered at City Hall last Saturday evening to mark the passing of United States Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Ginsburg served on the Supreme Court from 1993 until her death Friday, Sept. 18. She was nominated by President Bill Clinton.
