• Alameda High School (AHS) defeated Hayward High School, 11-1 (March 24); lost to Windsor High, 9-1 (March 25).
• Encinal High School (EHS) lost to SJND, 8-2 (March 23); lost to St. Mary’s of Albany, 6-2 (March 25).

Softball
• SJND lost to St. Mary’s, 12-2 (March 15).
• AHS defeated Castro Valley High School, 3-2 (March 24); lost to Redwood High of Larkspur, 4-2 (March 25).
• EHS lost to San Leandro High School, 14-10 (March 24).

Track-and-Field
Members of the AHS track-and-field team competed in the West Alameda County Conference (WACC) Meet #2 at San Lorenzo High School (March 22).
• Sophomore Ethan Sapitula (24.95) finished seventh out of 23 athletes in the men’s 200-meter race.
• Junior Joshua Woo (57.30) finished second out of 14 participants in men’s 400-metere race.
• Senior Sophia Carpenter (1:06.20) came in third place out of nine participants in the women’s 400-meter race.
• Junior Lindsay Todaro (2:28.32) finished second out of 13 athletes in the women’s 800-meter race.

Members of the EHS track-and-field team competed in the WACC Double Duel League Meet at Trojan Stadium in Castro Valley (March 23).
• Senior Anthony Jones (22.97) finished first out of 18 participants in the men’s 400-meter race.
• Senior Aiden Letson (43.07) won the 300-meter hurdles race out of eight participants.
• Senior Jeremy Hall (39’ 8”) won the men’s shot-put competition out of 23 participants.
• Freshman Lauren Marston (13:50) finished fourth of 23 athletes in the women’s 100-meter race.
• Sophomore Katelyn Shafer (2:37.54) came in third place out of nine competitors in the women’s 800-meter race.
