Football:
• Alameda High School (AHS) defeated San Lorenzo High, 44-14 (Oct. 7)
• Encinal High School (EHS) lost to Castro Valley High, 35-0 (Oct. 7)

Women’s Volleyball:
• AHS defeated Castro Valley High, 3-1 (Oct. 5); and defeated San Leandro High, 3-0 (Oct. 6)
• EHS lost to San Leandro High, 3-0 (Oct. 3); lost to Berkeley High, 3-0 (Oct. 5); and lost to St. Joseph Notre Dame (SJND), 3-1 (Oct. 7)
• SJND lost University High of San Francisco, 3-0 (Oct. 3); defeated the Bentley School, 3-1 (Oct. 6); defeated EHS, 3-1 (Oct. 7)

Men’s Water Polo:
• AHS defeated Bishop O’Dowd of Oakland, 13-12 (Oct. 4); defeated Livermore High, 14-4 (Oct. 5); & defeated Benicia High, 17-7, defeated El Cerrito High, 13-1, and lost to College Park of Pleasant Hill, 14-4 (Oct. 7) – all tournament games
• EHS lost to Castro Valley High, 11-4 (Oct. 4); & defeated Benicia High, 8-7, and lost to El Cerrito High, 13-7 (Oct. 8) – both tournament games.

Women’s Water Polo
• AHS lost to Bishop O’Dowd, 4-3 (Oct. 4); lost to Inderkum High of Sacramento, 8-1 (Oct. 8)
• EHS defeated Castro Valley High, 13-3 (Oct. 4); defeated Washington High of Fremont, 10-9 (Oct. 6)

Women’s Tennis
• EHS lost to San Leandro, 5-2 (Oct. 6)

Cross County
• AHS men’s team finished 18th out of 19 teams in the Crystal Springs Invitational men’s 2.95-mile championship meet (Oct. 8); the women’s team finished sixth out of 12 teams in the women’s meet.
• SJND men’s team finished fifth out of 10 teams in the men’s Bay County League – East Division #2 2.6-mile meet (Oct. 6); the women’s team finished fourth out of seven teams in the women’s meet.
