• Encinal High School (EHS) lost to James Logan High of Union City, 34-6 (Oct. 28)

Women’s Volleyball:
• AHS lost to Northgate High of Walnut Creek, 3-0, in the first round of the NCS Div. 2 playoffs, eliminated (Oct. 26)
• St. Joseph Notre Dame (SJND) lost to Roseland University Prep of Santa Rosa, 3-1, in the first round of the NCS Div. 4 volleyball playoffs, eliminated (Oct. 26)

Men’s Water Polo:
• AHS defeated Berkeley High, 11-10 (Oct. 25); defeated Castro Valley High, 10-9 (Oct. 27); lost to Piedmont High, 13-4 (Oct. 29), all WACC tournament games.
• EHS lost to Castro Valley High, 16-2 (Oct. 25); lost to Berkeley High, 15-5 (Oct. 27), both WACC tournament games.

Women’s Water Polo
• AHS defeated Berkeley High, 9-5 (Oct. 25); defeated EHS, 14-10 (Oct. 27); defeated Castro Valley High, 8-3 (Oct. 29) — Champions — all WACC tournament games.
• EHS defeated San Leandro High, 22-1 (Oct. 25); lost to AHS, 14-10 (Oct. 27); lost to Bishop O’Dowd of Oakland, 10-5 (Oct. 29), all WACC tournament games.

Women’s Golf
• SJND finished fourth out of the ten teams in the NCS Div.2 women’s golf Championship/Individual qualifier tournament (Oct. 24).

Cross County
• SJND men’s team finished third out of 9 teams in the Bay County League – East #3 5,000-meter men’s varsity meet (Oct. 28); the women’s team finished third out of seven teams in the women’s meet.
