• Encinal High School (EHS) lost to Las Lomas High, 4-1 (Feb. 22).
• AHS lost to Washington High of Fremont, 6-2 (Feb. 23); game against Tracy High School canceled due to rain (Feb. 25).

Track-and-Field
Members of the Alameda High School (AHS) competed in the Super 7 Invitational at Ygnacio Valley High in Concord (Feb. 25)
• AHS senior Oscar Crane finished 21st out of 34 participants in the men’s 1,600-meter race. He finished with a time of 5:28.36.
• AHS team of Landon Garcia, Aaron Stoller, Naveen Dawson and Theo Hartlaub finished seventh out of 12 teams in the men’s 4x400-meter relay with a time of 4:08.54.
• Stroller, Dawson, Hartlaub and Crane finished ninth out of 12 teams in the men’s 4x800-meter relay. The squad finished at 9:41.27.
