The Great Halloween Cleanup

Members of Cub Scout Pack 1015 hosted their fourth annual day-after Halloween clean-up in the Fernside District Nov. 1. Scouts ages 6 to 11 and their families collected almost 100 pounds of trash in one hour. Some families on the East End plan for more than 400 trick or treaters to visit their homes on the great spooky holiday. Whenever that many people (and their friends and parents) get together, there’s bound to be a mess. These intrepid scouts did their part to clean up the Saturday morning after all the fun and celebration.
