The 2017 Alameda Firefighters Toy Program is a partnership of the Alameda Collaborative for Children, Youth and their Families (ACCYF), Alameda Food Bank, Alameda Red Cross Youth, Alameda firefighters and other community organizations. 

The program assures that all low-income Alameda families who sign up at the Alameda Food Bank receive age-appropriate holiday toys for their children 0 to 12 and gift cards for youth 13 to 16.  Families are encouraged to sign up by Saturday, Dec. 16.

This year, we are especially in need of multi-cultural Barbies and other dolls, Legos, remote control cars and items for older children. Cash donations are also needed to purchase the $25 gift cards for youths.

Checks should be made out to Alameda Firefighters Toy Program (AFTP) and mailed to 2516 Santa Clara Suite A, Alameda, CA 94501. Donations are tax-deductible. Or, help out by putting a new, unwrapped toy in one of the Alameda Firefighters Toy Program Collection Box sites listed below.

The final toy pickup will be Tuesday morning, Dec. 19.
