The City of Alameda has opened the submission period for the Façade Grant Program. The grant provides assistance to business and property owners for the completion of façade improvements on buildings in the city. Winning businesses and property owners will receive 50/50 matching grants, with a maximum grant amount of $15,000.

Interested applicants are encouraged to complete and submit applications by Feb. 24. To learn more about the program, including grant amounts, eligibility, and evaluation criteria or apply, visit alamedaca.gov/BUSINESS/Programs-and-Information/Facade-Grant-Program.
