The Lightning Thief is a dynamic musical adaptation of Rick Riordan’s bestselling book. It first opened on Broadway in 2019. Public Reading of "Beyond Vietnam" Speech — In person, 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.; City Hall, 2263 Santa Clara Ave.
Free, all ages. The California Poor People's Campaign is hosting a public reading of Dr. Martin Luther King's "Beyond Vietnam: A Time to Break Silence" speech on the 55th anniversary of the assassination of the civil rights leader.
