Cutter Munro Offloads Tons of Drugs

The crew of the Coast Guard Cutter Munro (WMSL 755) recently offloaded approximately 8,200 pounds of seized cocaine and 11,450 pounds of marijuana at the ship’s homeport in Alameda. The seizures involved 15 suspected drug-smuggling vessels. Munro is one of four National Security Cutters homeported in Alameda.
