There was a buzz of excitement and gratitude in the air Saturday night, March 25, at the Rathskeller of the Elks Lodge, 2255 Santa Clara Ave., for the Rotary Club of Alameda Lobster Dinner. The Rotary Club of Alameda put on a stellar event with a sold-out crowd of 100 people dining on scrumptious lobster, pasta, and salad prepared by Asena Restaurant. Local restaurants, fitness clubs, wineries, and more generously donated many desirable items that created bidding wars during the silent auction.

All the proceeds went to the Alameda Rotary Endowment Foundation benefiting Alameda charities through its Local Grants Program.
