Firearm turned over at 12:52 p.m. on Liberty Avenue.
Property recovered at 5:35 p.m. at the intersection of Grand Street and Otis Drive.
Vandalism reported at 12:14 p.m. on the 1500 block of Oak Street.
Arrests: two for public intoxication at 12:24 a.m. on the 1600 block of Park Street and at 12:34 p.m. on the 1900 block of Park Street; and failure to follow police instructions at 12:49 a.m. on the 400 block of Park Street.
