In celebration of its 100th anniversary of service to the community, the Alameda Kiwanis Foundation is encouraging non-profit organizations serving Alameda to apply for its community grants, to be awarded in early February. Information and application forms can be found at www.alamedakiwanis.org.

The application period is open until Dec. 31. Applications must be complete and postmarked by that date.
