Maurice Ramirez     Local residents can get some free education on maintaining their bicycles at two upcoming events. Courtesy of Gene Oh (above) and staff at Alameda Bicycle, a free flat tire clinic will take place Sunday, Aug. 27. Then, on Wednesday, Aug. 30, experts will be available to help with bikes at the library’s main branch.
