On December 2, 2008, approximately 10:26 p.m., the Police Department received a 911 call from a resident who saw three males running from a burning structure in front of 1121 Willow Street. The Police Department is conducting a criminal investigation which is ongoing. The investigation is continuing as detectives follow leads to identify those responsible in this case.
