If you buy the home at 63 Sea Bridge in Harbor Bay Isle, you'll be more than just a homeowner. You will be able to park a brand new electric vehicle, the Zap Car, in the driveway as part of the bargain.

"The three-bedroom, two-bath home is near schools, an award-winning health club, golf courses and the Oakland International Airport," said Harbor Bay Realty broker associate Rich Krinks. The asking price is $899,000.

"That price includes a Zap Car, the alternative to driving that big car around town," says O'Connell Electric sales associate Larry Cerqueria. The car travels up to 40 miles per hour and has a 40-mile driving range.

Alameda Power & Telecom offers a $9 to $15 monthly rebate on your AP&T bill. "This makes this vehicle even more attractive," says Alameda Power & Telecom marketing specialist Dan Mark.
