Nesting or Investing? Home Buying for Women

Janet Iverson, a Realtor with Harbor Bay Realty, will provide a free seminar, “Nesting or Investing? Home Buying for Women” 7 p.m. June 13 at Alliance Title (887 Island Drive in Alameda). Iverson will share her real estate knowledge and show you how to make the challenging choices of evaluating nesting and lifestyle options versus the investment potential of a home.

Iverson will share her real estate knowledge and show you how to make the challenging choices of evaluating nesting and lifestyle options versus the investment potential of a home.

Iverson teams with other professionals who specialize in legal matters, financial planning, insurance planning, construction and staging to round out her services. She has an ongoing interest in serving area seniors. Iverson uses her architectural background to serve our community on the city of Alameda’s Historical Advisory Board. She also volunteers at Bay Farm Elementary School.
